Core Membership: A program that serves as the foundation of our organizations’s approach. It is comprised of PSKS participants that have proven commitment to the organization and reached established goals to demonstrate responsibility. The members officially represent the organization in public, contribute to decision-making, and help sustain PSKS’ overall efforts.
LEAP Lasting Employment Advancement Program: PSKS identifies youth who show an ability to meet expectations and hires them to work at PSKS for a three-month internship. After the initial term, those who have demonstrated a suitable level of work ethic and responsibility will be placed in the community to work.

RISK Re-Inventing Steps to Knowledge: RISK was developed to meet the individual needs of young people who have not been successful in the conventional school system. RISK accomplishes this by facilitating the completion of the General Educational Certificate (GED) or High School Diploma.
Donut Dialogues: With support from the Seattle Police Department, this program provides a forum for peaceful interaction between police officers, local business owners, and homeless youth.
Arts Initiative: A community arts program that brings professional artists together with the PSKS participants to create artwork that provides the participant with a healthy vehicle for expression and communication.
