What happens when street youth and officers from the Seattle Police Department get together? They have a "Donut Dialogue", a periodic face-to-face meeting between young people and cops. Each summer, young people without a permanent place to live flock to Seattle. Garth Donald, who was once homeless himself, is now working as an employment counselor for Peace for the Streets by Kids from Streets. He gives his reasons why Seattle attracts so many street youth.
